I am wondering how i would go about setting up an arbitration meeting with a lawyer or a judge or something like. i am not sure of how to ask this question but the gist of the situation is me and my sister owns a house and we wanna sell but cant agree on how the profits should be split 50/50 or whatever cause we both pay different amounts of the mortgage. so instead of us going to full blown trial is there a way to get an arbitration setup? also is there a way i can get legal assistance from the legal aid society as i dont have much moneu since im in the military thanx???please help asap!!!
