My original hearing resulted in denial of benefits. I appealed due to the written report from the hearing being very inaccurate. It was remanded due to the fact that the tape of the hearing was inaudible. (The tape was made by the Appeals Referee) What are my rights from here on?

If you already filed the appeal, I'm not sure what you are looking for exactly.

I'm not sure why my benefits should be denied due the inability of a state employee to do the job hired for..........
Why should I have to go through another hearing? My ex-employer did not show up for the hearing. The Appeals Ref denied the benefits - I appealed -and the original hearing was remanded due to the inability of the Appeals Ref to report accurately........

I doubt this person screwed up the tape on purpose. You have your chance to appeal. Do so.
