Can the non custodial parent come and pick their child up on their visitaion with a revoked/suspended/expired license. Both parties that came were "licenseless" and in an illegal truck. The driver has a revoked license due to several DUI's and the non custodial parent was the passenger with a suspened and expired license due to non payment of tickets and 2 accidents within one week of each other and not showing up for court. We have all the proof in writing as well. We just want the child safe. Please help! What do we do next week for their visitation again?

You call the police, and let them know that the driver doesn't have a license.

Thanks, the OP has already been advised to do that, but is very fearful of doing anything to make the Judge angry. I think she just needed a "second opinion", so thanks for giving it.
Hope this helps Michelle.:)

Yeah I am lost on what to do about this, we were scared to call the cops while my stepdaughter was with them but I can always call after they drop her off. We already have the case won, we just wanna be careful. Hopefully we will have court done and over with very soon and we wont have to worry about it that much. She does plan on marrying this guy and they wont ever have a license so we are just plain stuck with this crap. Thanks for the responses. Xena thanks as usual you are always helpful..

Calling AFTER the drop off isn't a good idea, it could be used against you.
Calling BEFORE they leave when picking up would be best.
