ok i know ive asked alot on this subject but ive hit dead end after dead end. ive asked the court for papers to file a modifacation and tried the motion for family access. neither will work cause the blood test i gave for dna i gave willingly. they only accept that when its court ordered. ok so i went to the child support office and asked about filing for a modifacation for the visitation issue she said that dosent work. my suport case is avilable to have a modifacation hearing she said but that visatation issuses arnt taken care of in them. is this right? i dont know and didnt wanna file it till i knew if it would work to get the visitation ordered? any help will be appreciated.

That is correct. In order to address the visitation issues, you will have to file a motion in court for custody/visitation. MO is not a state that allows downward modification or abatement of child support if visitation is not exercised, for whatever reason.

To put it very simply, you will be paying the amount of child support as set by the state guidelines whether you ever lay eyes on the child or not.

CSE only handles child support issues.
