Let's start with a few questions.
Are you still working for this company?
How many people work at your location? Within 75 miles of your company?
How long have you worked for this company? Did you work at least 1250 hours in the past 12 months?
That will get us started...

Yes, please let us know if you are still working for this employer. Since you are in the state of Oregon, does your employer have at least 25 employees; have you worked for the employer 25 or more hrs. per wk. for at least 180 days? Thanks.
In your other post you indicated that your employer has only 7 employees. That means you are not covered by either state or Federal mandatory leave policies; or by Federal discrimination laws.
If you are medically unable to work, you cannot collect unemployment.
A pregnant woman has no greater rights to employment than anyone else. She cannot be turned down for employment BECAUSE she is pregnant, but she can be turned down in spite of it. If there are applicants with higher qualifications or greater skills or if the company gives preference to internal candidates, they do not have to overlook these better candidates or turn down their internal candidates in order to hire a pregnant applicant.
