About 7 years ago, my husband got a call from the Oklahoma labor board. They said that a complaint was filed by another employee in the company. That based on his wages that he was owed money. Because wasn't being paid correctly. They just wanted to verfy were he was employeed and his wages. The labor board said this issue should be cleared up in less than 6 months. And its been 7 years since the phone call from the labor board.

My question is their a place where you can find the out the stats on a claim without the company employer find out you checking in what 's happening??

thanks lizzey

And you've waited seven years to ask this question?

Even if it WAS owed, and a check was issued, it's WAY past time that check would be good. You can check the state website for unclaimed property and see if there's anything there.
