Hello everyone, I havent been on in awhile everything has been going okay up until recently. For those of you who dont know my hubby has temp custody of his 2 1/2 year old daughter. The mom wasnt ordered to pay CS and she still hasent given us anything in a year now. Well we have a motion to set on May 2nd and she is going Pro Se so I guess we will see if she shows up or not. But anyways how bad does it have to be for her to lose her parental rights. She broke into her moms house today and stole some medication from her sister that just has a c-section and broke her moms window and she got kicked out again from living there. She is really bad on drugs and we are gonna ask for a hair drug test when we go back to court along with supervised visitation. Her own mother doesnt want us to allow her to get her daughter because she is so bad on drugs and alcohol. Now if she is sober then yes she can see her. She goes days without sleeping and has finally got a job but its at a bar and she drinks all the time. We are very concerned with her jumping in and out of her daughters life. She has done it since day one and now her daughter is getting older and she is starting to understand. She still doesnt have a license or a car.

What happens when she fails this drug test, what exactly will the judge do, in a normal situation, what happens?
Also she hasent given us any money for CS and how will they base it if she loses her with raising her daughter. Its not fair she hwasnt required to pay. My hubby was ordered right away and he paid every week and she always claimed it wasnt enough to raise her daughter. When she had custody thats what she always said.

Well if any more info is needed to help out with answering me, just ask I will answer, Thanks

The odds of getting supervised is good IF the judge orders the drug test AND it comes back positive.

CS will not factor into this especially since you says she's not ordered to pay.

She is not likely going to LOSE rights to the child.

If she fails the drug test the Judge will be more likely to order supervised visits. Knowing the situation with her parents though, hubby should not allow or request that her parents be the supervisors. You shpuld find someone who's more reliable and neutral to be the supervisor.

I agree, it's not fair that she hasn't been ordered to pay CS, has hubby filed for it yet?

Yes its suppose to happen next month. her parents dont even want to get her grandchild anymore. their family has fallen apart and we dont want kayley around that stuff. the grammy said she is out of the picture and my stepdaughters mom can find her own ride there and she must be sober before she comes over and gets her. Its a big mess. tofay is allisons visitatio and she never called to say she wasnt getting her, so I waited around and then left. Oh well!!! Hi, I guess this is the only time you have peace and quiet to go on-line, right?

Keep forging ahead and keep the attorney informed of everything for now. I truly hope that this will end soon for all of you, if Allison keeps it up, a Judge just might end up terminating her rights after all. I'm still keeping you all in my prayers.
