Has anyone ever heard of a judge ordering child support in florida for a child that is going to college and still living at home with his mother? We have heard rumors of this and my husbands ex has made mention that she will get this. The child is 19 and graduating in May.

So let her talk. Unless it is something the parents AGREE to, voluntarily, it's not going to happen....not in Florida. ;)

I knew you would have the exact information instead of the general info I could come up with.:)

I tell people all the time that I may not be genius about alot of things, but Florida family laws and how to get things done I do know, so at least there's one thing in life I'm really good at.:D
Hubby's feeling better, is out side taking an old shed apart, won't let me help, so I'm killing time on the computer.:)

My hubby finally got home about midnight last night. I am secretly amused because we are supposed to have really bad storms (AGAIN) this afternoon and tonight and there is NO WAY he is going to miss them again. HE can sit in the un-airconditioned closet with the kids, for once. :D
I'm glad your husband is feeling better. The flu is no fun.

During hurricane Charley, my hubby and our grandson were huddled in my daughter's closet, my daughter and I were watching out the window (I know, we were really dumb) and hubby kept yelling at us to get in the closet.:D Of course by the time Jeanne hit that year we were so bored we all sat in the closet and played Sorry for hours by lantern light.
Hubby thinks he's all better, my guess is that by tonite he'll really regret taking that shed down, then I'll have to feed him chicken soup and jello again. Why won't men understand that they can feel better and still be sick?

Because they're men. Can't live with them, can't shoot them.:D
Every time there is a tornado warning, everybody's first reaction, here, is to run outside and stare at the sky. I don't know why, but we do it EVERY time. Notice the proliferation of videos of tornados sucking up the houses with the goober in the background yelling, "It sounds just like a freight train. Ahhhhh!!! Run! Here she comes!"
I just have to laugh.

Well, hubby did it, he overworked and ended up in the Dr.'s office. He was given 3 scripts and cannot go back to work until he's off the meds.
A few minutes ago he looked at me and sheepishly said- "I should've gone to the Dr yesterday and I shouldn't have done so much work today, I guess I'm just stupid, or stubborn". I looked at him and said "yep, but I love ya anyway". Thought you might get a smile out of this.;)
