View Full Version : CT supplementing disability with vacation/s/p time

I believe it is left to company policy whether to allow an employee who is receiving short term disability benefits to supplement this benefit, which only pays a max of 50% of salary, to use vacation time or s/p time to bring their income up to their normal salary.

Any thoughts, please.

I believe that you are right...that it is a company decision, rather than anything mandated by law.
