Ok here is the situation. This girl is 17 years old. She turns 18 in 2 months. She has been living with my girlfriend at her house for over a year now. Her mother has said it was ok to do so. Well, her mother has now kicked one of her daughters out of the house and is now demanding that this 17 year old girl move back in with her. Her mother has abused her in the past but I dont believe any charges were ever filed. I was wanting to know if her mother can make her live with her, even after a year of livin with my girlfriend? If you need any more information just askand I will give. Thanks.

Based on what you have posted, yes, the mother can demand that her daughter return home. (Although why she would demand this when in 2 months the daughter can legally leave is beyond me.)

Thats what I was thinking. I believe her mom is pyscotic, but anyways. Do you think it could be possible to maybe delay something long enough for her to get 18?

Question...how old is the other daughter that she just kicked out and where is she staying?

The answer may have an impact on your friend's recourse.

The one getting kicked out is technically not even her real daughter but the mom said she was more of a daughter than her real daughter (the 17 year old) and as for her age she just turned 19. Not sure where she is gonna go but I have heard she has many places she can go, all kinds of guys houses and stuff like that. Does that make sense?
