Please don't capitalize every word. It makes your post extremely hard to read.
Call the authorities on your mother. That is all you can do. You cannot run away to your aunt, but she can petition for custody once you are in foster care.

No, you can't just stay with your aunt. If you do, your aunt can face criminal charges, you can be brought in as a run away, and your son will go through foster care when he is taken from you.
You were given the correct answer. Contact CPS for help.

You cannot just move to be with your aunt. Your aunt has no custody rights to you and could be charged.
I also don't know the circumstances under which you became pregnant at 14 or 15. Having said that, if your aunt practically raised you and you ended up pregnant, a judge is going to have a really hard time awarding her custody. A judge's job is to look out for your best interests. Children before 16 is not in your best interest.

YOU can't do anything other than contact CPS to report the negligence and/or abuse.
If your aunt wants to file for custody, then SHE can contact an atty to see what her options are.
You are a child. You have no standing to file anything in any court at any time.
