I called the AG office and explained my situation and they told me that because I'm a wastewater plant the company can do whatever they want.:mad:

So you won't get support from the agency that enforces employment laws in your state and you posted here thinking someone here could do just what?

And does this relate to anything in particular? A previous post, perhaps?

While MA does have a one-day-rest-in-seven law, it is industry specific and does not apply across the board. If you are in an industry it doesn't apply to, then that's the end of it.
