I'm a salaried manager for a large sporting goods retailer. I've been there for 7 years and pregnant with my first child. My employer tells me that I only get 12 weeks FMLA leave time off for this. I get paid for 8 weeks for short term disability (3 weeks at 100% & 5 weeks at 75%). I have sick time & vacation time also but my HR says that it is all including in the 12 weeks. They say if I don't return after that time my job is not guaranteed. I need to know the laws. Any help would greatly be appreciated. :confused:
