I work for a large company in California but my boss is in Plano Texas. My employment verification letter states I'm the Intel Manager but when I asked my boss for a list of my roles and responsibilities he sent me what's listed below. I am not allowed to hire, fire or discipline anyone in my group nor do I make any significant decisions in my job but am classified as Exempt. The job description listed below is "Team Lead". Is my classification correct?
