I've been working at (restaurant chain) since I started college here in Powell. I started out as a part time worker to allow me time to study. I hired on at 20 hours a week, but now I've been punching in 30+ hours a week, almost woking full time hours. Is there a law in WY stating that part time workers who make more then 40 hours in a pay period are entitled to overtime after the 40 hours have been reached?

There is a law that EVERYONE who is non-exempt and works over 40 hours a week must be paid overtime. Part or full time status makes no difference.
