I have been in a management position for only 4 months. The position is not what was communicated up front. I am in way over my head, and therefore feel I am doing a very poor job on a daily basis. I sympathize with you and hope you are doing everything possible to secure new employment. However, based on the facts you set forth, it is going to be difficult to qualify for unemployment insurance benefits if you quit. Job dissatisfaction and stress are generally not the type of "good cause" reasons for an award of benefits.
