I have worked for the same company for 7 years. I earn 3 weeks vacation now every year after anniversary date. I have already earned my 3 weeks for this year so can my company take it away if I go on part time?? I can understand if they dont give it to me next year but can they take it away if I already have earned it. :confused:

According to my sources, Oklahoma law does not prohibit a "use-it-or-lose-it" policy. Therefore, the company policy would apply and, since the law does not require the vacation be vested (nonforfeitable) as it is earned, such a policy would not be illegal.

Will they let you take it before you go part-time?
