My company (under 25 people consulting firm) wants to hire a consultant that has been working for a temp agency. At the temp agency, she says she received unemployment benefits when no consulting work is available and often works for companies for 2-4 months at a time but never more than 6. We're interested in hiring her but she wants a similar situation with us. Is this possible?
