:) Hello, thank you for considering my question. I have returned to work after maternity leave. I realize that in order to be exempt from potentially repaying insurance benefits I must work 30 calandar days. I have currently worked one week. I plan to work my 30 days and then we are moving out of state and I plan to resign. The 30 day mark falls two days before we are set to move. I have been at this position for 2 years now and would really like to leave on a good note. I do not want to compromise my family economically, however, by giving 2 weeks notice and having them accept my resignation immeadiately, thereby missing my 30 days by two weeks. If I instead put in for a transfer, are they obligated to keep me until I move? Also, do you know of any websites that have feedback on companies and whether or not they collect on insurance premiums? Thanks so much!

No, putting in for a transfer changes nothing. The only way to know for sure if your employer will even charge back premiums is to ask. Not every employer does.
