I am 26 weeks pregnant and having complications. My doctor took me out of work 3/28/07 and I am supposed to return in July after I deliver. My job sent me papers to fill out for FMLA. Am I supposed to be on FMLA or Maternity leave? Can I lose my job because I will be out more that 12 weeks even if I am having complications?

What type of "maternity leave" are you talking about? Paid by the employer? Any leave the employer may provide can run currently with FMLA leave (which is, by its definition, unpaid).
