I live in Texas - I'm currently on maternity leave for 12 weeks. Short term disability paid 8 weeks, and I am required to use my remaining 2007 vacation time to supplement my income for the remaining 4 weeks. If a company holiday falls anytime during my 4 weeks of vacation that is being used during my maternity leave, is the company required to pay that day as a holiday as opposed to docking my vacation bank?
