I was in a accident involving an ambulance and a semi-truck on Jan 4th 2006.
I have an attonery but he hasn't talked about no prices or anything about settling at all. The accident was caused by the ambulance driver. I was hurt and so was my son. Up untill the point of the accident my son was stable, after the accident he had to be put on a breathing machine.
At first my lawyer was saying that I had a really good case, but now he says it's not a real big case..I want to know how he can change his mind like that? what should I do?

This was the one in Venango county, I can tell you why in so many words since the reason I know where it was is the reason I know why. It involved a defense department truck, the military is notorious for dragging cases out for years and years if you do not take the paltry settlement that they offer. A lawyer with enough patience and, lets be blunt, cajones, might take the case to the bitter ends; however, a guy who is contingency paid isn't going to wait that long for his money.
