I work as an operator at a wastewater plant. My schedule is 7 days on, 2 days off, 8 days on, 4 days off. However, because the company has a two week pay period, they manage to fit 40/40 in the 2 weeks. The work week starts on a sat, and ends on fri. The 7 day stretch is 56 hrs straight, and the 8 day stretch is 64 hrs. I'm tired of working for straight time after 40 hrs. Can anyone shed some light on this. Thanks:mad:
