I don't think this is fair do you?

I paid 169.00 for their services. Shortly after signing up, my life got worse and I suffered through a nasty divorce.

I go to log back in and continue my bankruptcy and it won't let me.:eek:

I have emailed them over the last 3 days with their final offer of:

Your account was only for 21 days. It expired.:eek:

You will need to pay us $100.00 more to use the service. Our "manager" will give a $50.00 credit. Their price is 149.00 now...
