i have a complicated situation. im about to split up from my husband after 4 years of marriage. i recently found out i was 3 months pregnant, the problem is, im not sure if my husband is the father. one of the potential fathers is deceased. i was planning to give the child up for adoption, because i have so much going on in my life right now. if the deceased guy is proven to be the father, do i need his widow's or mother's permission to have the child adopted, as they are his next of kin? i know if the one of the other guys if the father, that i'll need their permission.

well, if you are still legally married at the time of birth, then the legal father will have to sign and that will be your husband

oh- he may already be the legal father. A lot of states say that if you were married 10 months prior to birth, then he is the legal father.

She went by, and was banned, with the name lonelyandsad. She was also banned with the name aloneandconfused. This was at FA.....:rolleyes:
