Here is the thing...

The one sure person to lose in all this is your mother and/or your father and whoever else said you could sleep with a grown man under their roof.

Plan on being in foster care until you are 18.

I agree. And her MySpace page says she's in NY, not IL. And neither her pregnancy or her bf are mentioned in her blog.

I think she's found a new game... attatch a MySpace page to a ridiculous question to look like a real teenager. I could go to MySpace right now and find dozens of pages made by teenagers with all the same stupid stuff on them.

But hey, if it's real: the pedophile will go to prison, and so will this girl's parents. And oh yeah.... you can't have sex with a sleeping man without his knowledge, unless he is drunk or on drugs (in which case the probility of him "performing" is practically non-exsistant). That's an urban legend. A woman yes. But not a man.

You were told what the law was regarding an adult having sex w/ a minor. Your pedophile boyfriend is going to jail, your idiot mother that allowed you to have sex w/ a pedophile is going to jail and you, your siblings and your baby are going into foster care.

Tell me something about your hometown that another local would know, and I might start to believe you, like who the biggest school rival is or what landmarks are in town.

People in IL and NY don't say "yall."

You already got the legal answer. It's probably best that you'll end up in foster care, because you need a much better education based on your grammar and spelling.

Once you can get past the horrendous spelling, you'll see that smartypants here directly contradicted herself.

Bay said she should be in school.

Then emokelly4u said she would not be in school if she was homeschooled, and she was homeschooled when she was in NY. But she claims to be in IL. So, therefore, she's no longer being homeschooled, since that was in NY.

So clearly, she should be in school.

I see she has not been able to come up with proof of being in Illinois. Those internet searches take a little time, huh Kel?

Now granted, It is extremely hard to understand you. But this very clearly says you were homeschooled in New York. It says nothing about being homeschooled currently. The word "since" isn't even in there once.

No one is going to either take you seriously or be able to assist you unless and until you begin to type using proper spelling, grammar and punctuation. This isn't your MySpace page or some buddy you are sending a text message or an IM. If you want results, use proper English.

Still waiting on any proof that you are who you say you are and not the fabulous K. Anything at all...

This could possibly be viewed as you raping your BF. A person who is aslepp at the time cannot possibly give thier consent and any sex without consent is rape, no matter what the ages are.

no you will not go to foster can you will be 16 and you can go tot he court and prove you are able to provide for yourself and your baby and you could testify in court saying you are pregnant by him and if he goes to jail the state will have to pay child support for the baby intill he can get out of jail and get a job... and school in the IL hasn't started yet.. i'm 15 and starting highschool i'm 16 weeks pregnant so i know when school starts it starts next month for all the schools just different days...

Your job is paying how much? How much is your rent? How much is your health insurance? And, how much do you expect to spend on your child each month for diapers, formula, and food?

Beautiful Nightmare92
07-25-2007, 07:03 AM
i'm payed 7 dollars an hour working 7 hours right now... i don't have insures on myself because i don't need it... and i'm getting wic and all that.... to help so :p

moburkes
07-25-2007, 07:09 AM
So, your $7/hr job, at 40 hours/week will pay $280/week. How much is your rent? How much is your health insurance? How much will you spend on diapers, formula, and food for the baby? How much will day care cost so that you can go to work?

WIC doesn't count. WIC is the government supplementing your income with additional food. It doesn't cost you money, but it costs the taxpayers money. However, it also attempts to keep you healthy.

By the way, the job isn't PAYING for your unborn right now. There is nothing for it to pay for.

Oh My God....

Do you realize that you are making $49 GROSS (according to your posts). That doesn't fill up my gas tank, and I am in TX...we have some of the cheapest gas in the nation.

Let me tell you something, Sweet Cheeks....YOU do not have a job that pays enough to support yourself and your soon to be child. YOU have a job that pays a pittance of what you need to survive and the TAXPAYERS are supporting you.

A great example of a teen that didn't finish high school (hence, no comprehension skills), got into a bad situation, and has NO idea of the enormity of the mess she has made for others that DO work and support themselves.

for one i'm still going to school i DON'T drive i see no point in it and it is agaisnt my believe to destory the earth... my rent is free because i live above the place i work... i'm wanting to move into my boyfriend's house but i have to be to go to court and all that to do that...

Maybe she's working 7 hours/day. I hope that's what she meant. I was trying to get HER to figure out that $7/hr will NOT pay for shelter, food, formula, utilities, diapers, INSURANCE, etc.

Not OP. I meant to address this to beautiful nightmare. That's great that you don't drive. Your child will need doc visits and to be clothed. How are you going to be able to provide those things for your child. His/her father could die or become disabled. The government is NOT responsible for supporting you or your child. And, you still haven't responded to my question about the state paying child support.

But it's NOT against your beliefs to add a child that you cannot support to this already crowded world and overburdened taxpayers?

And NO court in this country is going to allow a knocked up teenager who cannot support herself to go live with her boyfriend. Do you even realize that at this point, whoever impregnated you is not even the father of your baby? Do you have any idea what type of 'adventure' you are embarking on?

You missed the WHOLE point of the gas price statement. I was trying (I'll try to put it in simpler terms) to say that you make so little (again, according to YOU) that it's not even worth acknowledging.

Hey, Nightmare? Does the STATE know that you are 15, pregnant and living on your own? Does the STATE know that your mother is accepting benefits (partially based on YOU) and that you are not living at home?

I think I will let the STATE know.

For both the baby's sake and this poor girl's sake, I hope and pray that somehow CPS becomes involved. I am totally shocked that a 15 yr old girl is able to live on her own with a full time job. I really have to wonder what is going on that her employer can pay her legally and supply her with a place to live. It really sounds like she's being taken advantage of.
