I filed chapter 7 bankrupcy in Iowa due to overwhelming bills and a large judgement that I received by a default judgement. Before filling I did try and have the judgement set aside due to jurisdiction but my motion was denied. Now the creditor in that case is objecting to my Chapter 7 discharge saying there was fraud and that is not dischargable. So my question is what if any thing can I now do? Will they be able to inforce a garnishment order or what can I do?
