:( At 6 Months Pregnant I Was Told I Had To Quit Waiting Tables By My Employeer. That They Didnt Have Anything Available For Me To Do. But Due To Another Employee Not Being Able To Work On Saturdays, They Let Me Do The Shift. I Went From Being A Server To A Cashier. I Was Paid $2.60 To Wait Tables And Now Make $8 An Hour To Cashier. One Day A Week! As A Server I Was Making Over A $100 A Day On Most Days, Now I Make $50 A Week. Is Right To Lower My Position Even When Im Still Able To Do It? One Of My Other Co-workers Worked Until 2 Weeks Before Her Baby Was Born. They Didnt Make Her Come Off The Floor. Now 2 1/2 Months Later Of Working One Day Week They Want Me To Pick Up More Hours Because Someone Quit. Im Aproaching My Ninth Month And Dont Think I Should Do It. They Didnt Want Me Before And Have Been Very Rude To Me. One Of My Co-workers Was Willing To Let Me Have Some Of Her Days, But She Was A Hostees. I Was Told I Couldnt Do It Because They Dont Wanr Me On My Feet. Im Pregnant Not Handicapped! I Feel Like Im Being Used. When I Do Work One Day A Week, I Dont Get A Break, Have Eat And Cashier At The Same Time, Because The Manager Wont Watch It! Please Help..

Please do not capitalize each word; it makes your post very hard to read.

I have deleted your two duplicate posts. I realize it may have been a computer glitch, but once is enough. :)

Did your employer take it upon himself to determine that you were not medically able to continue waiting tables? Or did your doctor put you on light duty at any point or now?
