Hello , I would like to apologized if I am posting in the wrong part of the forum.

I currently graduated from college and I had an part time internship for a year. My friends are telling that I am eligible for unemployement but I don't think so, Since I was not fired and it was a internship that I acquire from school. Can anyone help me out.
