My daughter is 16. She is working part time. She is scheduled for a shift that ends at about 2:30 am, and then is to return to work at 10 am the next day. This is not even 8 hours between shifts. Is this allowed?

The only laws I can find for Arizona that restrict the hours a minor can work apply to those UNDER 16.

I found one reference that suggests there is an 11:00 p.m. limit; i.e. the minor cannot work past 11:00. However, it is unclear if this limit applies to those age 16-17, or only those under 16.
