Is it leagal to record a conversation between yourself and an employee as long as the employee knows he is being recorded?

In MA, everyone who is a party to the conversation has to know and agree to the recording.

If you are not the owner of the business, you'd better get it cleared with whoever is, because just because it's legal to record someone doesn't mean the employer has to approve it.
