Were you given paperwork to sign when you were suspended?
Who told you you were suspended?
Have you recieved a paycheck since suspension?
Are you in a union which specifies suspention procedures?

pay day is Friday no paperwork for suspension no union and the assistant general Mgr. gave me the information to stay out indefinitely
The only case I can see is that if you actually have been fired, you should have received your final paycheck, to include any earned but unused vacation, on whatever they determined to be your last day of work.
Other than that, no. Based on what you have posted, no laws other than I've already described were violated. They may legally suspend you without telling you why; it is not illegal to tell others you were fired; there is no law requiring that you have received any writeups or warnings before you can be disciplined; no law prohibits them from rehiring anyone they like to fill your spot. It might be a foolish decision and it might cause trouble down the line, but it is not illegal.
