i recently bought a home 2 months ago in greenwood, mo, the sellers disclosure states there are no cracks on the property. i found cracks in the garage leading inside the house, ceiling, and cracks on the outside back wall. a big crack in the furnace room with a piece of rug over it. cracks on the backyard slab. Paint touchups covering cracks in the ceiling.
The property inspector missed these.
i informed my realtor and she directed me to her broker, the broker wants to know what i want the sellers to do about it.
what can i do? who would be my first line of contact?
is the broker on my side? im wondering if there are faults i cant see and not mentioned in the sellers disclosure.
i kind of wish i never bought this house, can i have them take it back?
