My husband and I have been married for 5 years now, we married when my children were under 3. The childrens biological father is deceased. my husband now is the only dad they have known, he wants to make things legal for them. I have done research and downloaded forms, but have no info on wht to do in this case. anyone have an idea?

You will just need to present the bio father's death certificate. As you were told, there should be no problem with this. :)
