The expense reports I submitted to the empolyer were being paid for two years and then I was told that I would not be paid for them anymore.
The other four members of the team continued to be paid. I left employment with the company in January. I have approximately 30 weeks of metered parking expense reports that have not been paid. Whom would I contact to receive assisitance to retrieve my out of pocket expenses for metered parking?

Are you talking about not receiving paid parking benefits at your normal work site or not receiving paid parking on business trips? There's no law that requires employers to provide paid parking at the job site.

In any event, I believe that California is the only state that requires employers to reimburse employees for business expenses. In all other states, reimbursement policies are up to the discretion of the employer. In this case, it sounds like the employer changed its policy, which is perfectly legal. Unless you were singled out for disparate treatment on the basis of a prohibited charactertistic (race, gender, age, etc.), there's no law that requires employers to treat all employees equally.

You can always sue the employer in small claims court and see if you can get any reimbursement.
