I am currently working for a pizza co, in louisville Ohio. Recently they have said that i may be required to take deliveries on my way home! This means that i have already been clocked out, my end of day has been ran and that i have paid all money owed. So the money i get for the food on that delivery is mine, but what if it was a prank call, no one there, im out the money and may not want the food especialy not at full price. My question is, Is it legal formy employer to force me to deliver off the clock on my way home?

No, it's not.

And to expand a little on this, the time spent from the pizza place to the delivery address is time worked and must be paid. From then on, you're on "commute", which is personal time and not compensable.
