Still waiting for my paycheck from my last payperiod (nov)

I had moved to WA before getting paid and my employer is on winter vacation and partially communicating:

main excuse has been:
online bank messed up

Employer has told me the check has been sent personally (3weeks ago)

Still nothing,

What type of minimal legal action could follow in this situation?
Suggested amount of interest for 3months overdue: bill:$1200?

I have re-sent invoice twice

thanks,

It's unclear if the delay is just a mishap of errors or some other failure.

I agree that more than enough time has passed that you should have your final wages. It does sound that the former employer is attempting to resolve this dispute. I'd give one more chance to fix the situation before going the next step.

The next step is filing an unpaid wage complaint. In MI this is done via DLEG. Here is a link with more information: http://www.michigan.gov/cis/0,1607,7-154-27673-107123--,00.html.

yes, about a month and a half ago it seemed that it could have been an error, however there seems to be no progress made since,
