My wife and I will be opening up a food establishment and I have a question about minors. I looked at chapter 609 about employment of minors and did not see anything about restrictions for 16 & 17 yr olds. If anyone would help me, I just want to make sure that we do not violate any laws or employee rights for that matter. Are there any restrictions regarding hours worked per day; per week; quitting time. Thanks for the help.

Everything I have been able to find suggests that the only restrictions are for minors under 16.
