But the security company says we don’t get breaks and that we are to stay at are post we can eat there but that’s it. I don’t get it do I have a rite to an unpaid 30 mins to my self?? If I do who can I call to report this? "ther are to guys a shift working"

The Attorney General of Massachusetts (http://www.ago.state.ma.us/sp.cfm?pageid=1129).
Assuming that your company provides one person at a post, 24 hours a day, it needs to change from having two folks on 12 hours at a time with no breaks and have those two people work six hours on, six hours off, six hours on, six hours off. That way no break would be required and the letter of the law would be met.
