Marriage is a whole lot more than having someone who can fix things or clean the garage...and more to my DH than having someone who can cook and clean. It is having someone to run to when I find out I am going to be a Nana :-), or when the doctor says there is another test that has to be run. It is being able to turn over in bed and feel the warmth of someone I know would give his life for me, as I would him. It is being knee deep in mud in the gardens and looking up and seeing him in the same position. It is talking for hours on a trip, or sitting silently over morning coffee. It is sharing my life with another human being and knowing I don't want it any other way.
This is beautiful and brought tears to my eyes.
