Just as an FYI, legally you are not in a hostile work environment unless you are being subjected to either sexual harassment or illegal discrimination under Title VII and related laws (race, religion, national origin etc.).

Yelling, threats, etc. do not in and of themselves create an HWE.

If you want us to predict how the judge will rule two weeks from now, sorry, crystal ball is busted and my Magic 8 ball sprung a leak;) If you have a lawyer, that is the person you should be asking as presumably he/she was privy to all the evidence.
