I have been complaining to property management of my apt complex about the neighbor below me. My neighbor slams their door so hard that it rattles my windows and dishes. At first, management said that it was because their door and doorjam fit tight. I placed a maintenance work order to correct this, but the problem persists. My lease is almost literally unbreakable on my part, literally excepting military service or death and I have about ten months left. I have been putting up with this situation for six months and am at wits' end. Do I have any recourse here in Raleigh, North Carolina?
