I have an employee who has lost her paycheck, and our company has a policy of charging a 30 dollar service fee in order to have the paycheck replaced. She says she spoke with her lawyer and he said they cannot do that. Is there anywhere in Massachusetts law that says that they cannot charge a minor a service fee to replace a paycheck>
