I recently inherited a house from my deceased
mother. I own the home and have the title/deed to
the property now.

My brother was living in the house at the time
and is still living there even after the house has
been transfered into my name. I have given
my brother the option to lease the house
and sent to leases via certified mail so he could
sign them. he has decided to live there for free.

We are not on good terms, he wont sign the lease,
and as much as i would like to kick his butt out I
cant since he is a "common law tenant" or so i am
told...

So, could someone please outline the process for eviction.
I am the landlord/owner. Im in the rocky river municipal
courts jurisdiction. the property is in westlake, ohio,

I went to the Rocky river munical court today in person
and they were not very helpful. they kept looking at me
like I was retarded saying we cant answer that since it is
a legal question. I simply asked them how to evict a tenant...

Also, the rocky river municiapl courts website does not have
forms to download...
