Hey Guys,

I moved out of my apartment on Dec 11 2006. the landlord sent out an incorrect security deposit reconcilliation. They overcharge me for a gate transmitter. I called them on jan 4th. They owed me money. I called them on Jan 4th and 5th and talked to one of the managers who agreed to refund the money. I have records of the phone calls. They sent out another demand on Jan31st. I called them again on feb 5th. They finally sent out the security deposit refund on feb 7th. 2 months after I moved out. Can I sue them in small claims court for "failing" to return my deposit in 30 days?
