My mother was being treated for low pottasam and she was overdosed before we knew it and it caused her kidney failure and she died a week later. Who can we contact about this? Thanks for any input.

Until you can prove through medical means that you mother would be here now had it not been for the Willful and negligent actions. of this doctor, and not a freak chemical imbalance or the hundreds of thousands of other things that can happen inside the human body, then you don't have a case. Oh, and medically speaking, Hyperkalemia(high serum potassium) is usually caused by kidney failure and not the other way around.
