Can someone please help...After a three day fight my now ex changed changed the locks on the apartment. I am listed as an occupant on the lease and I did not recieve any written notice to vacate. All my furniture and other belongings are in there. I have reciepts to prove the furniture is in my name only and the delivery address matches the apartment address. Is the managment office obligated by law to give me a key? OR can I call a locksmith and get in leagally?:(

If you are on the lease, you are allowed into the apartment.

Call the apartment complex.

And do it today before your stuff starts to disappear.
