can any one help, my sitution is really difficult.. i have been bullied, had my life put in danger and even went as far as my supervisor attemped to hit me with his car which a police report was filed. initially complaints about the bullying and intimidation went to the site manager, nothing changed and basically the manager was telling the supervisor everything in the complaints ( he told me this and said theres no help for me here), so it juts got worse. then the owners were contacted in hopes of helping me out, things would calm dwn for a little while, but eventually just got way worse for me in the long run. finally because of my complaints the supervisor made an attempt to strike me with his car, the owners and police were notifed, and i even had a co-worker witness this. nothing happened w/ the situation, my witnesss wasnt credible becasue he was also an employee that had "problems" with the supervisor, and the police filed no charges becasue of this, and the owners are saying this is all "he said/she said"! over time they have had lots of complaints about this supervisor from previous employees, i dont understand!! things have gotten so bad for me now!!!!!!!!! ive been seeking other employment elswhere to just get the hell away, but times r so tough in michigan its not easy. i cant go there nemore because its like i never no what the hell is gonnna happen to me, i have become "affriad" to go to work. and its at the point where my docotor is treating me for aniexety over all this and is going to pull me from work for awile, and basicaly i just cant go there nemore, im getting ill. i cant find any help it seems, attornys say to call back only if they fire me or i get hurt, that theres nothing they can do! but they wont, there forcing me to quit. is there help for me at all, what can i do!!!!!!! there has to be something somewhere!.

If you have an attorney, you need to listen to them. They have far more detailed information than we have. We can't second guess their answers.

At this point I think you need to find new work. Not everyone can do each type of work. If a jerk of a supervisor is enough to send you to a doctor, I think there may be more than you are recognising in the job you have. You may actually be sick of your job. Many people don't recognise that they are in the wrong kind of work. If you are not happy doing what you are doing, then stop. Life is too short to continue wasting time on a loosing proposition. You should enjoy your work! If you enjoy your work, two or three three terrible supervisors won't matter. Move onward and upward.

thankyou for taking ur time looking at my post, i appreciate it! i no ppl looking at my situation may see certain things as just as a case of " i hate my job", but thats the hard part of it, i love my work and take great pride in doing so, no matter what. thats is y i have put up with what i have for so long. it wasnt untill it got dangerous that it bothered me!, and when i realized higher ups could care less. if it were just a case of " jerk" supervisors or bosses im sure most anyone now a days would hate there jobs. jerks is juts a part of life. and trust me, ive been looking to move on since the day of the life threatning incident. but thankyou for your insight :)
