Is there a venue in the state of nevada to address an issue with the NERC for failing to properly investigate charges brought to them?
Does anybody know how to handle work issues relating to a city entity- issues are-- where and to who can one bring the attention of the issue of city employees (supervisors and a manager) for lying under oath, falsifying documents, fabricating stories used in a termination that was discovered to be false and malicious in a arbitration hearing? Does this not become a criminal act for perjury, abuse of authority? Does the city's human resource management obligated to act on such a blatant display of violating the code of ethics?
They also gave this same information to the EEOC/NERC, does this not constitute fraud?
I have notified the city's mayor and city council and have gotten no reply- does this mean that this action is condoned and accepted by the city's elected officials??? :confused:
