Wyatt Earp66 02-07-2007, 06:28 AM I have worked for a company in ND for 10 years, and had recently asked to see my personnel file. They stated it was company property and I was not able to see it. Is this legal in ND? If so...is there any way, barring taking the employer to court to get access to this file??
